Recruitment

At Stena Marine Management our focus is on hiring only the most qualified and competent seafarers.

Our network of recruitment agents are strategically located in the World's major marine and offshore recruitment hubs, ensuring our clients have access to the required pool of personnel resources. We provide the full spectrum of offshore professionals, including Deck Officers, Engineers, Ratings and On-board Hospitality.

Payroll Management

Our Payroll Management System has been designed to meet the specific needs of marine and offshore payroll requirements, including international payrolls and covering multiple tax jurisdictions.

As a highly efficient payroll service, flawless service and operational savings are ensured for our clients. Our payroll system is managed by our highly skilled and experienced payroll professionals, to ensure we maintain high standards to meet and exceed our clients' requirements.

We currently process in excess of 90 payrolls in weekly and monthly pay periods paying in GBP, USD, EURO and DKK.

Cadetships

Our Cadetship programme is managed in Glasgow, offering ambitious and talented individuals an industry-leading programme of maritime learning.

As a proud Stena subsidiary, we can offer our Cadets opportunities to complete their offshore learning within our large and diverse fleet of managed vessels. Within Stena it is our philosophy to "grow our own" seafarers, and the majority of our qualified seafarers therefore go on to achieve a fulfilling career within the Stena Group of companies.
